There are two types of models, trained and untrained. To truly stand out, become a trained photography model.
Why? Trained models can request and get higher paid gigs. How? By understanding simple posing angles, direction to turn for best lighting, how to create expressions and basic understanding of photography makeup. In short, you consistently make all photographer's images look better and increase your demand.
Included in the price mini photo session in which you get copies of the images to learn from and refer back to.
If you've looked at my work and feel the subjects look good, I've posed 99.99% of each and everyone right down to their fingers and had them create the expression I wanted.
I made it my quest to get good at creating the poses and expressions I wanted. I reached the point modeling agencies seek me out to teach new models to pose and create expressions in one session, and they look great!
If you can buy groceries by checking off a shopping list you'll do great. That's what I've done, turned posing into a "list of ingredients" you check off. You'll leave with a "check list" handout that we go over ingredients one-by-one during the lesson. When it's time to shoot you review yourself for missing ingredients. You'll know from head to toe which ingredient is needed and how to add it!
Some of the ingredients you'll learn:
- Which way to turn for the camera and lighting setup.
- Form attractive lines.
- Create facial expressions to match the style of the shoot.
- Posing the hands.
- Switch personas on the fly.
- Create a unique pose every shot, never run out poses again.
- Makeup for photography (both men and women)
- How to make a "long neck and strong jawline".
- Wardrobe tips.
- Avoid the deer in the headlights look.
- And more!
